TERMS.

1. Parties
These Terms govern the relationship between onfiredesigners S.L. (NIF B91234567), C. Juan Ramon Jimenez, 89, 11207 Algeciras, Cadiz, Spain ("onfiredesigners", "we") and the person or entity placing an order ("Client", "you"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services
onfiredesigners provides fixed-scope web design and development services as described on the service pages of this website. Services are delivered digitally as working websites or Figma design files, depending on the service. Services do not include ongoing maintenance, hosting fees, or third-party software costs unless explicitly stated.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed through checkout and confirmed by payment. A project brief template is sent within 1 business day. The delivery timeline begins when we receive the completed brief, not from payment date.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) is not included in displayed prices and applies at invoice stage where applicable. Full payment is required before work begins. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. A tax invoice will be issued following payment.
5. Delivery
Timelines are in business days from receipt of completed brief. Incomplete briefs pause the timeline. For website projects, staging access is provided before final go-live. For Figma-based projects, files are delivered via shareable link.
6. Revisions
Each project includes one revision round. The window is 5 business days from delivery. Requests after this window are new scope and quoted separately. Content changes, structural redesign, or additional pages requested during revision are outside scope.
7. Intellectual property
Full ownership of delivered work transfers to the Client on receipt of final payment. onfiredesigners retains the right to display the project in its portfolio. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms.

9. Limitation of liability
onfiredesigners total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or for business decisions made on the basis of delivered work.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cadiz, Spain, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise for EU-based consumers.
11. Consumer rights (EU)
If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms.
