DELIVERY.

1. Digital delivery

All services provided by onfiredesigners S.L. are delivered digitally. There is no physical product. Deliverables are either live hosted websites on your domain or Figma design files, shared via digital link or email, depending on the service purchased.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery timelines are published on each service page and are measured in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish and Cadiz public holidays). Timelines begin from the date we receive a completed project brief, not from the date of payment.

3. Service delivery timelines

• Full-Stack Web Builds: 21-28 business days
• Shopify Store Design & Dev: 16-22 business days
• Startup Brand Sprint: 7-10 business days
• Campaign Landing Pages: 4-6 business days
• Website Performance Overhaul: 5-8 business days
• SaaS Interface Design: 14-20 business days

4. Delivery method

Website deliverables: staging link for review and approval, followed by go-live on your domain. SaaS Interface Design: Figma share link (view and inspect access). Startup Brand Sprint: includes both Figma files and a live coded single-page website. All formats are digital.

5. Delivery conditions

Delivery requires receipt of a completed project brief. Incomplete briefs pause the timeline. If required content or assets are not provided by the client by the agreed date, delivery may be delayed by the same number of days.

6. Late delivery

If we anticipate a delay on our side, we will notify you at least 2 business days before the original delivery date and provide a revised delivery date. Delays caused by incomplete briefs or missing assets from the client are not covered by this commitment.

7. Acceptance

Delivery is complete when the live site goes online or the files are accessible at the shared link. The 5 business day revision window begins at this point.
