REFUNDS.
1. Refund window
A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not started. Work is considered started when we have received and reviewed your completed project brief. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
2. No refund once work has started
Once we have received and reviewed your brief and work has begun, refunds are not available. You will receive the project files or work produced to that point. No refund is due in this case.
3. Defective delivery
If delivered work does not match the agreed scope as set out in the project brief, we will revise it at no additional cost within the included revision round. If the issue cannot be resolved through revision, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
4. Disputes
Please contact hello@onfiredesigners.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect our ability to continue the project.
5. How to request
Email hello@onfiredesigners.com with subject "Refund Request". Include your name, order reference, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
6. EU consumer withdrawal
For EU consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. For digital services delivered before the period expires, this right may be waived with explicit consent. By proceeding with checkout you agree that delivery may begin before the 14-day period expires.
