What this covers.
Designing a SaaS product interface is different from designing a marketing website. Users return to your product daily, sometimes dozens of times. They need to find things quickly, understand state changes, complete tasks without confusion, and feel like the interface is helping them rather than getting in their way. These requirements demand design that is structural, not decorative.
SaaS Interface Design covers the primary user flows of your product: onboarding, core feature interfaces, dashboard and data visualisation, settings, notification patterns, and error states. The scope is agreed in a detailed brief before work starts, so both sides know exactly what is being designed.
All design is produced in Figma with a full component library: auto-layout, named layers, variant properties, all states covered. The file is built for developer handover from the first frame. Component naming aligns to common front-end framework conventions. Design tokens are defined and documented.
Includes a usability review: we review the agreed user flows against standard usability heuristics and flag any friction points before the design is finalised. This saves implementation cycles.
