Order

Select a service or build a custom package on the website. Pay via Stripe. You receive a payment confirmation immediately. A project brief template arrives within 1 business day by email.

We use a written brief system because most project problems trace back to unclear scope at the start. The brief forces both sides to write down exactly what is being built. If we cannot write it down, we should not start building it.

Brief

Complete the project brief template and return it. The delivery timeline begins from the date we receive your completed brief, not from payment.

The brief asks for your business context, target audience, content (or draft content), technical requirements, brand assets, and any reference sites you like or dislike. Incomplete briefs pause the timeline.

Build

We design, develop, and test according to the agreed brief and scope. For Full-Stack Web Builds and Shopify projects, we deliver a staging link before going live. For landing pages and other single-output services, we deliver via file or hosted link.

For projects over 10 business days, we provide a mid-point update. We do not disappear for three weeks and then surprise you. You know what is happening throughout.

Deliver

Completed site goes live, or final files are delivered. One revision round is included per project. Post-launch or post-delivery support is available at the published hourly rate.

The revision window is 5 business days from delivery. Requests after this window are new scope and quoted separately. In-scope revisions are returned within 3 business days.
